The adjustable strap is 0.71 inches wide, which is wider than my last crossbody and doesn't dig into my shoulder at all. I clip the round pouch on for dog walks and leave the mini one in my bag for cards. Been using it two weeks and the snap case still holds tight.
I was worried the pouches would feel like an afterthought, but the round one actually fits my keys and a lip balm without bulging. The mini pouch is perfect for my earbuds, and having the wallet case hold my cards means I can leave my purse at home.
The adjustable strap is surprisingly comfortable and the width keeps it from digging into my shoulder on long walks. Having both the round pouch and mini pouch means I can leave my actual wallet at home.
